No friends, including Caleidgh... ;~; I'm lucky they even let me get on the computer.
One of the worst parts of this is that it's during WINTER BREAK. I'm out from school for a week plus and I can't do anything? Thanks.

Nah, I won't be that extreme.
But seriously, my parents have never asked that much of me. They never said "GO BE STRAIGHT A STOODENT PLZ" or whatever. They just told me to try my best. I am, so what's the big deal? Hell, even though I've got the C, my teacher says I'm doing fine in her class and I participate and I have even gone to see her after class / school for extra help.

And now, my parents are complaining that I've been a bum all vacation. Jumping back from the Xbox to the computer to my sketchbook and that's all I do now. Well, maybe if you didn't TAKE MY SOCIAL LIFE AWAY I would be doing other things, but no, because that's not what this is about.

This is about getting a f*cking AVERAGE grade. I'm not failing. I haven't been failing all year. Shouldn't you be happy? Oh, which reminds me, I haven't even mentioned that this is my god damn FRESHMAN year. I don't think one C on a PROGRESS REPORT (half the semester is over) is going to do much to the average in that class, honestly. Freshman year is important, sure, but it's not like I'm going to flunk out.

My parents are over paranoid. My brother, well, he didn't do too great at college. I think they're afraid the same will happen to me. They always say, "I really hope you're learning from this."

No shit, I don't want to be a bum who sits in his room all day with his laptop playing a stupid online MMORPG, with a "real" internet relationship because I can't get a real girl, not shaving or showering except when yelled at by my parents, lucky to have a crappy job working with assholes as a waiter, never going outside except to go to said job, and ditching all of his old friends.

Great life you got there, thanks for mentioning how it works for me, Mom. I really want it.

I'm not the only one she's hurting. Caleidgh is upset that she can't see me, either. I think I'm taking it harder than she is. I was planning to go visit her a lot over the week...

Whatever, I'll just deal with it all later... I don't even know when they're going to let me out of the damn house. Soon, I hope, when they realize how much they're over reacting.
